Booked Jobs Engine™
Effective Date: February 16th, 2026

These Revenue Partner Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Booked Jobs Engine™ (“BJE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Revenue Partner Program. By joining or participating in the program, you (“Partner,” “you”) agree to the following terms.

1. Program Overview

The Booked Jobs Engine™ Revenue Partner Program allows approved partners to earn recurring commissions by referring new customers to Booked Jobs Engine™ through an approved referral method (e.g., referral links or unique discount codes).

This program is designed to reward partners based on Active Referred Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

Booked Jobs Engine™ reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke participation at its discretion.

2. Commission Structure & Tiers

Commissions are based on the Partner’s Active Referred MRR at the time commissions are calculated.

Revenue Partner (Default Tier)

• 25% recurring commission
• Earned upon approval
• Applies to all qualifying active subscription payments

Growth Revenue Partner

• 30% recurring commission
• Unlocks at $3,000 in Active Referred MRR
• Must maintain threshold for 60 consecutive days to retain tier

Elite Revenue Partner

• 35% recurring commission
• Unlocks at $8,000 in Active Referred MRR
• Must maintain threshold for 60 consecutive days to retain tier

If Active Referred MRR falls below a tier threshold for more than 60 consecutive days, commission percentage reverts to the applicable lower tier.

3. Scale Plan Commission Limitation

For all tiers:

• Scale Plan subscriptions are capped at 30% recurring commission.

Even if a Partner qualifies for the 35% Elite tier, Scale Plan referrals will remain at a maximum of 30%.

4. Quarterly Scale Accelerator Bonus

Partners may earn a $1,000 performance bonus by referring and closing three (3) new Scale Plan clients within a single calendar quarter.

Requirements:

• All three Scale subscriptions must remain active and successfully paid
• Bonus is paid after verification of active billing
• No minimum MRR requirement is necessary to qualify for this bonus

Booked Jobs Engine™ reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to bonus payout.

5. Definition of Active Referred MRR

“Active Referred MRR” means the total monthly recurring subscription revenue from active, paying customers directly referred by the Partner.

The following do NOT count toward Active Referred MRR:

• Cancelled subscriptions
• Failed or declined payments
• Refunded or disputed payments
• One-time fees
• Usage-based charges
• Taxes
• Promotional credits

Only successfully collected subscription payments count toward tier qualification.

6. Commission Eligibility

Commissions apply only to recurring subscription fees for qualifying active accounts.

Commissions are earned only for as long as the referred customer remains active and in good standing.

If a customer cancels, pauses, disputes, or fails payment, commission for that subscription stops until billing resumes successfully.

7. Referral Attribution & Tracking

Referrals are tracked using one or more of the following methods:

• Unique referral links
• Unique 15% first-month discount codes
• Internal CRM tagging and attribution
• Stripe subscription records
• Other approved tracking systems determined by Booked Jobs Engine™

Partners are responsible for ensuring their referral link or code is used at signup.

Referrals cannot be applied retroactively if tracking data is missing, incorrect, manipulated, or disputed.

Booked Jobs Engine™ tracking records are final and controlling.

8. 15% First-Month Referral Discount

Approved partners may offer their referred clients a unique 15% discount on the client’s first month of service using the partner’s assigned referral link or code.

The 15% discount:

• Applies only to the first billing cycle
• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless approved in writing
• Does not reduce recurring commission percentages

Booked Jobs Engine™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral discounts for future signups without affecting earned commissions on existing active referrals.

9. Payout Schedule & Method

Commissions are calculated monthly based on successfully collected subscription payments.

Payouts are typically issued within 7–15 days after the close of the billing cycle.

Payments may be issued via ACH, PayPal, Zelle, or another approved method.

Booked Jobs Engine™ reserves the right to enforce a minimum payout threshold.

10. Refunds, Chargebacks & Failed Payments

Commissions are paid only on successfully processed payments.

If a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed:

• The corresponding commission will be withheld
• Or deducted from future payouts

Booked Jobs Engine™ may delay payouts to account for refund or chargeback windows.

11. Partner Conduct & Promotion Rules

Partners agree to:

• Represent Booked Jobs Engine™ honestly and accurately
• Avoid false income claims or misleading guarantees
• Not impersonate Booked Jobs Engine™, its employees, or representatives
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices
• Comply with all applicable laws (FTC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

Violation of these standards may result in immediate termination.

12. Self-Referrals

Partners may not earn commissions on their own subscriptions unless explicitly approved in writing.

Booked Jobs Engine™ reserves the right to disqualify self-referrals or manipulated accounts.

13. Program Modifications

Booked Jobs Engine™ reserves the right to:

• Modify commission structures
• Adjust tier thresholds
• Update bonus incentives
• Change payout timing

With reasonable notice for future referrals.

Changes will not retroactively reduce earned commissions on previously qualified active referrals.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

Upon termination:

• Earned and approved commissions up to the termination date will be paid
• No commissions will be earned on payments collected after termination

Booked Jobs Engine™ may immediately terminate participation for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

15. Limitation of Liability

Booked Jobs Engine™ shall not be liable for tracking interruptions, system limitations, or indirect or consequential damages related to participation.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Booked Jobs Engine LLC is registered.

17. Agreement Acceptance

Participation in the Booked Jobs Engine™ Revenue Partner Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
