Client Consent & Compliance Responsibility

Client represents and warrants that it has obtained all necessary, valid, and legally sufficient consents from its leads, customers, and contacts for communications initiated through the Services, including automated, autodialed, prerecorded, and AI-assisted communications.

Client assumes full responsibility for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state and federal communication laws, and carrier policies.

The Booked Jobs Engine™ is not responsible or liable for fines, penalties, claims, or legal actions arising from improper consent, misuse of the Services, or Client-uploaded contact data.

Data Handling & Third-Party Platforms

(Privacy Policy Alignment)

Communications may be processed using third-party platforms, including SMS and voice carriers, email providers, and automation software. Data may be stored or processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and third-party platform policies.

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Best Practice Notice

Client is encouraged to implement double opt-in confirmation for SMS communications where applicable.
