The Booked Jobs Engine™
Effective Date: January 17th, 2026
This Statement of Work (“SOW”) is entered into between The Booked Jobs Engine™ (“Service Provider”) and the client identified at checkout or in the applicable agreement (“Client”).
This SOW is governed by and incorporated into the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and SMS & Call Consent Language (collectively, the “Agreement”). In the event of a conflict, the order of precedence is: Terms of Service → Master Services Agreement (if applicable) →
this SOW.
1. SERVICES INCLUDED
Service Provider will deploy an automated lead response and booking system that includes
exactly the following:
1. Missed-call text-back automation
2. AI-assisted phone answering (after-hours unless upgraded in writing)
3. Instant SMS and email lead follow-up
4. Online booking calendar integration
5. Pipeline and job tracking
6. Lead reactivation campaign
Anything not expressly listed above is not included. No implied services. No assumptions.
2. SERVICE EXCLUSIONS
The Services do not include:
● Sales closing or live call handling by Service Provider staff
● Custom CRM development or bespoke workflows
● Website design, hosting, or maintenance
● Advertising spend or ad management (unless separately contracted)
● Manual outreach, dialing, or lead follow-up
Customization beyond the standard system requires a separate written agreement.
3. ONBOARDING & GO-LIVE
Onboarding requires:
● Payment completion
● Intake form submission
● Calendar and phone number connection
Go-live typically occurs within approximately 48 business hours after onboarding
requirements are completed. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by Client, including incomplete information or delayed access, do not pause
billing and may impact system performance.
4. CLIENT DEPENDENCIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Client is solely responsible for:
● Providing accurate and complete information
● Maintaining calendar availability and phone coverage
● Responding to booked leads in a timely manner
● Ensuring legal compliance for all communications
System performance depends on Client execution. If the system books appointments and Client
fails to respond or close, responsibility rests entirely with Client.
5. FEES
Fees are based on the selected offer at checkout and may vary by promotion or plan.
Typical Core Offer:
● One-time setup fee (non-refundable)
● Monthly subscription fee (billed in advance)
All fees are governed by the Terms of Service. Upsells or additional services are billed
separately if added in writing.
6. TERM & CANCELLATION
● Month-to-month after setup
● Client may cancel with at least seven (7) days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle
● No partial refunds
● Setup fees are never refundable
Cancellation terms are governed by the Terms of Service.
7. FAIR USE & PLATFORM PROTECTION
Services are subject to reasonable and fair use. Excessive usage that risks carrier compliance,
platform integrity, or third-party service restrictions may result in throttling, additional fees,
suspension, or termination in accordance with the Terms of Service.
8. COMMUNICATIONS, DATA & RECORDINGS
Client acknowledges that calls, messages, and interactions may be recorded, logged,
transcribed, or analyzed for quality assurance, reporting, automation, and system functionality
purposes, as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Client is responsible for ensuring all required consents have been obtained.
9. PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER
Service Provider does not guarantee:
● Call volume
● Appointment volume
● Booking rates
● Sales
●Revenue
System performance does not guarantee business outcomes.
10. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services in accordance with the
Terms of Service, including for non-payment, misuse, excessive carrier violations, or compliance
risk.
11. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing this SOW or completing payment, Client acknowledges and agrees that:
● The scope of services is clearly defined
● No guarantees or refunds are provided
● Client responsibilities and compliance obligations are understood
● This SOW is governed by the Agreement
12. SURVIVAL
Sections relating to fees, compliance obligations, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and
disclaimers survive termination of this SOW.
